Main Job
- Plan and implement the monitoring and measurement of LED process.
- Deal with the qualtiy variance.
- Take part in testing and verifying the changes of design/process/engineering and quality improvement.
- Confirm the validity of all kinds improvement action.
- Take part in the design of new product,ensure product MP goes well.
- Make sure all the inspection documents are proper.
- Plan and implement the training of inspector.
- Continual improve the quality and cut down the cost.

Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in electronic or automotive engineering.
- Five years plus working experience in electronic manufacturing enterprises, with three years supervisory/managerial experience.
- Strong character that will not be easily influenced, self-motivated and able to motivate others, independent, organized, neat, and accurate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English oral and written skills.
