职位描述：

主要职责：

1、负责机加工夹具、刀具方案设计策划，负责机加工数控编程和修改。

2、负责填写、培训和贯彻机加工工艺流程、工艺修改及作业指导书。

3、负责制定内部质量控制方法和标准。

4、为生产线提供技术支持，编制并及时更新产品及加工工时定制。

5、发现并解决生产问题，持续改进产品质量，同时降低生产成本。

6、负责新产品和引入产品的技术准备。

7、与其他部门共同评估零件及产品的让步接收。

岗位要求：

1、机械相关专业大专以上或同等学历。

2、至少有5年从事机加工工艺工作的经验，数控机床制造企业工作经验优先。

3、熟悉手工编程以及选到方案的制定。

4、了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容（如环境因素及危险源识别，固体废弃物粉料，化学品管理等等）

5、英语熟练。
