职位描述：

职位职责

1、报销管理：按照现金管理制度的各项规定，认真复核一切有关报销凭证，确保报销工作的正确规范；

2、货款支付：根据采购制度、付款制度等，签发现金及转账支票，并对支付货款进行数量、单价的复核，严防差错发生；

3、支票管理：负责制票、统一收据的领用和保管工作；严防对外签发空白支票，并对作废的支票、统一收据进行注销作废，杜绝风险；

4、现金管理：根据相应的现金管理制度，每月逐笔登记银行日记账、现金日记账及填写银行存款余额表，每日盘存现金，并填写现金报告单，做好账款相符，在核定的限额内保存库存现金，月末做好日记账与总账的对账工作，及时编制银行存款余额调节表等，保障现金活动的规范无差错，降低企业的现金风险；

5、借款管理：按照公司借款管理制度，进行个人借款的清理工作，及时催收结账，对超过规定期限未归还的借款，及时汇报财务经理协调解决，预防呆账、坏账的产生；

6、原始凭证管理：每月根据审核无误的原始凭证编制现金收支、银行收支记账凭证，坐到会计科目运用正确、分类合理，摘要简明、清楚；

7、固定资产管理：根据固定资产管理制度，登记固定资产明细账、低值易耗品备查账，每月与相关部门进行核对，做到账实相符；

8、完成其他由上级主管指派及自行发展的工作。

任职条件：

1、教育背景：财务会计及相关专业，大专以上学历

2、英语四级以上，能够用英语进行交流。

3、知识/技能：全面掌握财务专业知识，熟悉国家财务法律、法规、章程和方针、政策，掌握本行业业务知识。
