课程顾问：
岗位职责：
1、负责接受到访客户的咨询，提供专业的英语课程咨询指导，根据客户要求制定学习计划；
2、建立和完善潜在客户或学员的数据库，并积极开发内外部资源；
3、努力完成销售任务，并敢于超越；
4、与学员建立良好的关系，确保学员完成学习目标，提高学员满意度；
5、及时发现并有效解决学员各类困难或异议，提高学员忠诚度；

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，熟练操作Office软件，Word等办公软件；
2、英语口语良好，英语四级以上，学习意愿强；
3、良好的形象气质及亲和力，具备较强的自信心和进取心；
4、良好的沟通协调能力、洞察力强并能了解客户的真实想法；
5、一年以上销售工作经验，有高端消费品销售经验，顾问销售经验者优先。 举报 分享
