Job responsibilities:
1.Develop new processes to improve overall manufacturing efficiency, reduce manufacturing cost, boost productivity, quality and profitability.
发展新工艺工程推进全球工业的生产效率，减少工业生产成本，推进生产力、提高质量和利益。
2.Initiate contract review with relevant departments, negotiated with customer where appropriate to ensure customer specification are met within manufacturing capability.
主动与有关部门进行合同审查，与客户谈判以确保在制造能力允许的情况下适当满足客户要求。
3.Select equipment, material, define process parameters and system to ensure the successful completion of assigned engineering tasks.
选择设备，材料，确定工艺参数和系统，以确保圆满完成工程任务分配。
4.Set detail specification, plan design of experiment, conduct evaluation or test on system efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost effective production process is implemented successfully.
提出详细的规范，计划设计机械设备，对系统的效率和准确性进行评估或测试，知道高质量和具有成本效益的生产工艺成功实施。
5.Oversee process design project, and ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, meet the specification.
监督工艺流程设计项目，确保项目在预算范围内按时完成，并且符合规范。
6.Preparation of engineering report, generate manufacturing procedures, engineering change notice.
工程报告的编制，制作生产流程，工程变更通知。
7.Research and implement new manufacturing technology to make sure production continues successfully without any hassles.
研究和实施新的制造技术，以确保生产过程成功连续没有任何麻烦。
8.Analyzes and plan work force utilization, space requirement, work flow, designs layout of equipment and work space for maximum efficiency.
分析和计划劳动力利用率，空间要求，工作流程，设计最高效率的设备和工作空间的布局。

Skills and Specifications
1.M.Eng / a good Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
工程专业硕士或学士学位
2.Min 5 years managerial experience preferably in manufacturing engineering environment.
在生产工程环境中至少有五年的管理经验
3.Experience in Mica Plate / or Mica Tape manufacturing environment is preferred.
在云母板以及云母带制造环境下有工作经验者优先考虑
4.Experience in Lean manufacturing implementation.
具有精益生产执行的经验
5.Fluent in English & Chinese (oral & written).
英语及中文（口语和书写）流利
6. less than 5 years experience in engineering environment needs not to apply.
