职位描述
Job Duties and Responsibilities
?Develop and implement Composite (Mica) growth plan for southern of China.
?Achieved desired sales results in the plan.
?Advise Sales Manager / Head of Sales on the present and projected market trends in China and take action to ensure that we have the right products and distribution channel to meet the needs of the southern of China market
?Provide weekly update on the growth plan progress
?Provide regular flow of information on competitors' activities in southern of China to the management team.
?Advise Sales team of the RSP, if necessary.
?Prepare monthly report on the assigned projects progress, outlook for next twelve months and highlight issues relating to the materials business in southern of China
?Provide field inputs for product planning & development.
?Network with customers, OEMs and Key accounts customer.
Minimum Requirements
?Good knowledge of Composite materials application at industrial field. (have Mica sales experience more better)
?Good commercial skills. Fluent English speaking and report capability
?Strong business acumen
?Outgoing nature, speed oriented and customer driven
?Team player and good motivational skill
?Familiar with MS Office Words ,Excel and PPT.
?Basic understanding of the financial aspects of running a business
