Responsibilities职责：

1.Responsible for HR&Adm affairs management of Luhe, Tongcheng Plant
负责管理汕尾陆河及湖北通城工厂的人事及行政事务
2.Provide HR kinds of reports timing
定时完成人事相关报表
3.Responsible for employee recruiting, complete onboard and resign process
负责员工招聘和离职事宜
4.Employee relationship related jobs
负责协调员工关系相关工作
5.Coordinate with government and finish related job, social insurance, injury affairs etc
协调与政府关系，并且完成相关工作，社会保险的缴纳和工伤事宜等等
6.Labour contract management
负责员工劳动合同的管理
7.Compensation and benefit related jobs, attendance, transfer etc
薪酬及绩效相关工作，员工考勤，员工岗位调动等等
8.Coordinate employee training arrangement
负责员工培训安排
9.Finish other assigned jobs
完成领导其他指派的任务

Abilities能力要求：

1.College or above
大专及以上文凭
2.More than 5 years HR&Adm superior working experience
在人事及行政管理岗位有五年以上工作经验
3.Good skills on MS office software, Excel/Word ect
熟练掌握Office软件，如Excel、Word等等
4.Cautious and strong responsibility sense
工作谨慎并且具有强烈的责任心
5.Good English skill is preferred
英语熟练者优先考虑
