职位名称：国内合同执行

主要职责:

1、国内合同交易条款的确认和合同版本出具，钉钉流程申请和资料的整理归档；

2、与代理公司的确认提货与放货的手续，钉钉梳程申请和资料的整理归档；

3、国内合同执行进度的跟进和管理以及合同的结算；

4、国内合同项下检验派工单派发和整理；样品的跟进；

5、合同（含纸质版和电子版），发货委托书、货物签收单的归档；

8、管理和控制物流运输途中可能产生的风险，做好安全防范意识工作；

9、物流公司的管理和改进；

10、发货过程中货权的管理，风险的控制；

11、物流费用的记录、收集，并且定期申请和办理；

12、领导安排的其他工作；

任职要求:

1、 大专及以上学历；

2、 有两年以上同岗位工作经验；

3、 具备优秀的执行能力、有良好的沟通及业务谈判技巧；

4、 沟通能力强，具有良好的团队协作精神，有较强抗压能力、责任感强，擅于解决突发情况。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Confirmation of domestic contract transaction terms and issue of contract version, application of stitching process and filing of documents;

2. Confirmed the procedures of taking delivery and releasing goods with the agent company, fixed the application process and filed the materials;

3. Follow up and manage the execution progress of domestic contracts and settle contracts;

4. Distribute and sort out the inspection work dispatch orders under the domestic contract;Sample follow-up;

5. Archiving of contracts (including paper version and electronic version), letter of authorization for delivery, and signed receipt of goods;

8. Manage and control possible risks in logistics transportation, and do safety awareness work;

9. Management and improvement of logistics companies;

10. Manage the right of goods and control risks during delivery;

11. Record and collect logistics expenses, and apply for and handle them regularly;

12. Other matters arranged by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, can do easy English communication;

2. More than two years experience, and have relevant work experience in large trading companies;

3. Excellent execution skills, good communication and business negotiation skills;

4. Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, strong resistance to stress, strong sense of responsibility, good at solving unexpected situations.
