Job description：
Annual budgeting and Financial planning (AIM).
Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting preparation, ensure to submit the budget and AIM on time.
Monitor and ensure financial performance, achievement of committed targets and facilitate actions to close gaps.
Monitor the cost level; implement KPIs, projects and actions for improvement.
Business Performance Reporting and analysis

Ensure accounting treatment are in line with IRFS and PRC GAAP, and lead month end closing and annual closing process.
Ensure the accuracy and in time of reporting submission.
Perform analysis to support management decisions being made on a regular or event driven basis. Includes providing operations management with interpretive and predictive financial and nonfinancial information GM % and new business transactions etc.
Ensure BOD meeting package preparation are line with ABB requirement.
Business Controlling
Supporting for routine financial control: NWC control, OCF Control, cost control etc.
Be responsible for DOA update and control.
Coordinate the internal & external audit.
Manage financial risks such as foreign exchange, credit, commercial risks etc.
Be familiar with all accounting processes and push the relative processes’ improvement.
Other delegation work.
Job requirement：
Bachelor degree or above, Major in Finance & Accounting.
Above 5 years'experience in Finance Analysis.
Solid accounting, controlling and USGAAP knowledge (costing, revenue recognition, provisions, risk management, etc.).
Be good at Financial analysis ,reporting management & costing.
Multinational manufacturing company working experience.
Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT) and ERP (ideally with SAP).
With good communication skills and team work spirit, proactive and patient.
