Required Skills:

? Fluent in Sichuan language, minimum has to be able to communicate in a professional environment.

? Experience in preparing surface features, sewers and utilities for commercial, residential, design plans, specifications and bid documents. （土建、房建、测量放线）

? Experience managing project schedules and budgets with a track record of meeting both. （预算、结算）

? Good problem solving, communication and technical writing skills.

? Knowledgeable in government procedure and municipal regulations. （政府程序）

? Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of four (4) years previous experience.

? Previous design experience on Civil/Municipal, Highway, or similar projects including streets and utilities.

? Previous experience preparing project specifications.

? Previous experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D design software.

? Must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation for occasional day trips.

? Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required.

? Ability to walk and climb over rough terrain and carry up to 40 pounds.

Desirable Skills:

? Previous experience in renovation. （装饰装修）

? Ability to coach and mentor junior level technical staff and Graduate Engineers.

? Previous experience and working knowledge of Microstation, InRoads, Geopak, and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Project).

Annual Salary: RMB96,000 - RMB216,000
