会计招聘岗位描述
1、负责建立和完善公司财务管理体系；
2、制定整个公司财务制度、会计核算流程；
3、负责财务系统内部管理与团队建设，确保高质高效的完成工作任务；
4、负责基于公司运营状况的全面财务分析及资金管理；
5、负责组织编制公司年度财务预算，监督财务预算的执行与实施；
6、从财务监督、财务控制和财务支持的角度和其他部门密切合作，为企业的重大决策提供准确、完整的财务数据和分析建议。
7、会开车，在遂宁市拥有自己的物业。
8、应聘上之后将派往成都公司进行专业培训以及集团管理要求。

会计招聘岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，会计专业；
2、两年以上工作经验；
3、具备出色的财务管理经验，熟悉财务规划、财务成本分析、财务预算、成本核算、审计等高级财务管理工作；
4、有敏锐的洞察力和数据感觉，资金筹划、融资及资本运作经验。极强的财务分析和内部审计能力，对预算体系等的推行有很强的实际操作经验；
5、熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策；
6、良好的职业道德、责任心、沟通能力、团队合作精神、组织、协调和管理能力，敬业并能承受工作压力。

7、兼公司日常行政、人事工作。
