销售工程师招聘岗位描述
1、负责完成下达的年度销售目标及个人任务指标；
2、制订销售业务内的销售策略和销售计划（年、季、月）；
3、对销售工作的监察，处理客户问题，审核业务往来单位，建立信息反馈制度；
4、定期总结工作，并向上级主管提交工作报告；
5、开发新客户，拓展与老客户的业务，建立和维护客户档案；
6、收集和分析市场数据，并定期反馈最新信息；
7、协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度。
销售工程师招聘岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，机械制造或模具设计专业毕业；
2、有较强的英文读、写、说能力，沟通无障碍；(六级以上)，有较强的沟通、谈判、协调、突发事件处理能力；
3、能熟练使用OFFICE软件，进行数据分析、统计。
4、熟悉PRO-E，AUTOCAT软件；
5、较强的语言表达与交流能力，阳光健康，可以出差；
6、形象气质佳，亲和力好，性格开朗，有组织管理经验；
7、有模具行业经验优先。
