Requirement

Activation management & execution

?Compose executional details of the activation and deliver a clarity of the design & KPI to sales team / project members

? Construct project timeline with defined deliverables by milestones

?Lead project team members or external agencies / members to deliver project requirement effectively and on a timely basis

? Manage the delivery and kick-off on track, on time and in scope

? Participate in the project meetings / team meetings and organize actionable minutes whenever needed

? Track activation results with insightful / actionable summary against KPI

? Seek opportunities to address business needs & consumer voices, even outside the original plan


Activation toolkit

? For mid-scale activation in large geographical coverage, develop actionable guideline or toolkit for the execution by the commercial team

? Communicate clearly and effectively to executional team on the expected results

? Track activation results against KPI

? Identify the opportunity for optimization and enhancement as the business environment changes


Collaboration with commercial team to achieve target altogether

? Understand the market environment and the business nature, identify the pain point and find out the solutions

? Co-work with commercial team to deliver the activations on demand

? Listen to voices from commercial team, identify root cause and recommend solutions with a team-spirit mindset


Teamwork with cross-functional members

? Communicate with diverse team internally with collaborative spirits

? Engage cross-functional stakeholders proactively whenever needed


Budget tracking

? Understand the nature of the budgeting guideline and fiscal year budget plan

? Conduct spending tracking periodically and report with tracking vs. budget results

? Identify opportunity to spend wisely to address business needs

? Fully comply with company financial policy & process requirement
