遂宁新工厂急需招聘，欢迎广大磨床高手回川创业，有意者速提供资料。
磨床招聘岗位描述：
1.进行精密平面磨床设备操作及其他相关行动；
2.服从生产安排，确保零件品质、效率、估工都能达标；
3.改进零件加工效率和耗用时间，同时控制好品质；
4.分析加工中出现的问题，采取相应措施改善；
5.完善每个零件的相应记录；
6.设备进行维护保养，做好5S工作；
7.不断的开发新工艺方法，创造好的成绩；
8.将给予培养新员工的机会；
9.遵守公司的安全规章制度；
10.达到各自追求的人生目标。
磨床招聘岗位要求：
1.中专技校模具制造或机械工程以上学历；
2.一年或以上相关精密模具操作工作经验；
3.能熟练的操作准力、大同、宇青、旺磐、坦克磨床等等设备达到公司图纸要求；
4.有基本的识图能力，能熟练阅读精密塑模零件图纸优先；
5.良好的动手能力，公司体现有多劳多得的绩效考核；
6.具有团队合作精神；
7.有上进心；
8.简单的英语水平；
9.适应倒班，周末及节假日能根据生产需要加班。
