职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Effective product development and redesign implementation.
2. Work with engineering supervisor with regards to engineering projects to meet project specifications.
3. Provide technical expertise support to the customers and other departments.
4. Direct the validation of product re-design or development to meet marketing and customer requirements, and assure the product to be in compliance with ISO standard or other international and the government standards.
5. Actively contribute to developing engineering best practices in order to improve engineering productivity and efficiency, support and follow up the company policies and procedures, implement the required tasks like 5S, safety etc.
6. Work closely with purchasing, quality, operations and EHS to identify qualified vendors, corrective actions, delivery commitments and improved quality of products.
7. Implement local controls for documentation management.
8. Implement and follow up policies and goals in alignment with Heico and Ancra corporate policies, strategic plan and philosophies.
9. Responsible for the new product qualification with the customers and ECR implementation effectively;
10. Responsible for BOM and MOM set up, revise in ERP system;
11. Implement and achieve objectives to ensure required level of performance and transparency.
12. Responsible for cost analysis, instill a low cost/high quality philosophy including cost reduction and unnecessary waste to ensure product engineering function is cost effective.
13. Motivated to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
14. Communicate engineering achievements and issues to the appropriate corporate entities, and manage well all the engineering drawings and documents in NKL, implement product review and validation including all of the related documents.
15. Follow up the company training policy and procedures.

Qualifications
1. BS University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool Design, Technology or equivalent is strongly preferred.
2. Strong Experience in Engineering.
3. Fluent in reading, writing in English and Mandarin, fluent English speaking is preferred;
4. Working experience with ERP, PDM and ECO is preferred.
5. Working experience with a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
6. Hands on, clear thinker, problem solver and communicator with integrity and adequate diplomacy.
7. Project Management skill with multi-task ability is preferred.
8. Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel.
9. 2D Autocad experience is required.
10. 3 years related experience at least.
11. 5% - 20% travel is required. 举报 分享
