  • Main Responsibilities主要职责
  1. Concept design 概念设计
  2. Assembly drawing development 装配图设计
  3. Release BOM 下发采购清单及备件清单
  4. Release operator manual,make training制作操作文档及相关培训
  5. Detail drawing and manufacturing spec definition 详图和加工规范定义
  6. Communicate with customer for technical clarification, understand customer’s requirement 与客户做技术澄清，了解客户的详细需求
  7. Basic tech proposal with best cost 基于最低成本的技术方案
  8. It is T.L. and Engineering manager responsibility assigning the mechanical engineer to the proper and more suitable activity. 在技术组长或者设计经理的安排下工作。
  9. Define with T.L. the machine and tool concept and share with the Control Engineer the system correct application 与技术组长一起定义机械和控制的概念，并且与控制工程师分享设备的应用概念
  10. Develop the mechanical groups and the cycle diagram of the station starting from machine schemes.开发机械部套和节拍图
  11. Define the correct manufacturing spec with detail drawings 详图的加工规范指定
  12. Choose, together with T.L. the best technical solutions using Hongmao-Auto standards 与技术组长一起选择符合鸿懋规范的技术方案
  13. Drive and checks suppliers’ work progress 推动和检查供应商的工作进展
  14. Response to the failure/risk discovered in manufacturing phase 针对制造过程中的问题和风险做出快速响应
  15. In charge the achievement of time and costs targets of his part of project defined and shared with the T.L. 达到项目要求的时间和成本要求，并与组长分享
  16. Be open-minded and persistent in quality improvement and optimization思路开阔，能够持续对质量改进和优化
