职位描述：
1. Manage cost engineering activities for China with oversight of India activity
2. Ensure smooth workflow between China and India cost engineering team for integration parts cost analysis
3. Evaluate Powertrain system costs for project business case studies
4. Regularly update of project cost walk and highlight key cost drivers
5. Establish and maintain cost database and cost models, including raw material prices, equipment costs, and manufacturing process costs , such as casting, injection, stamping, forging, machining, heat treat, etc.
6. Analyze and publish the target price and tooling cost of each component of powertrain system
7. Evaluate the engineering change impact on part cost

- Education: B.S. in Engineering or Business Management.
- Experience: 5 year direct work experience
- Skills & Competence:
1. Good knowledge and ability of cost analysis for each process, such as casting, forging, plastic injection, machining, etc
2. Good knowledge in tooling cost evaluation ability
