职位描述：
职责描述：

1) 监控空运操作的各个环节，确保整个流程顺利进行；
Monitor daily airfreight operations;
2) 根据发货人的订舱信息制作空运单；
Make airway bill as per shipper’s booking;
3) 与销售团队一起协调报价、操作、货物跟踪的相关事宜；
Coordinate with sales team to proceed quotation, operation, tracking, etc.;
4) 处理海空联运货物；
Handle Sea-Air shipment;
5) 向财务部门提供缴费单据及信用票据
Issue Debit not and Credit note for accounting department;
6) 管理出口报关文件，财务收到付款前，应暂扣报关核销单；
Control export customs documents according to accounts receivable;
7) 完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。
