JOB SUMMARY:
1. Manage TDS activities (engineering and sales, in development and mass production)
a) Promote TDS (boost product & technology to the market) and look for business opportunities and develop new customers
b) Quote leader during Rfq phase (prepare proposal and answer to customer)
c) Follow project in development (close communication with Hq)
d) Follow projects in mass production (from other Mubea plant to China, and then from Taicang production when establish). Deal with quality and logistic
e) Manage any change during development and mass production
2. Regularly visit customers and closely cooperate with them
3. Closely cooperate with Mubea teams in Germany (Engineering, Sales, Production, Quality and Logistic) and N/A
4. Support production localization activities.Contribute to the set up of Transmission Disc Spring at Mubea Taicang and the acquisition of new business.
