职位描述：

Responsibilities职责:

1. Realizing MR sales strategy in the designated regions/area. Acquiring new customers and generating new business with existing customers.
在指定区域/地区实现MR销售策略；获取新客户并与现有客户发展新的业务。

2. Planning/realizing measures for expanding and protecting business.
规划并实现保护和扩大业务。

3. Securing offer preparations, such as Commercial and Technical accuracy and follow up of offers.
确保报价的相关准备（商业和技术的精准度方面）并随时追踪报价。

4. Checking outstanding payments and implementing necessary procedures.
检查未付款项以及完成的一些必要过程。

5. Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, market and customer competition analysis.
编制定期报告，如：预算，拜访报告，市场和客户信息、竞争分析。

Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, preferably Power / High Voltage Engineering;
本科及以上电力工程类相关专业，电力/高电压工程专业为加分；

2. About 5-years of sales work experience in the sales industry;
在本领域有五年左右的销售经验；

3. Excellent written and spoken in English;

良好的英语能力，包括口语和书写；

4. Good Computer skills, such as: Word, Excel, PPT and presentation skills;
有良好的电脑技能和演示为优势；

5. Good personal responsibility, creativity and negotiation skills;
有个人魅力，创造力和良好的沟通协商技巧；

6. Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking;
以销售为导向的战略型思维；

7. Willingness to travel and flexibility;
