职位描述：
Manager, Business Development (Based in Hong Kong Head Office)

Responsibilities:
?Lead a team to organize and lead the new product development and inclusion in global portfolio through coordination with team members in other regions and other departments, such as marketing, regulatory and technical development, etc.;
?Participate and contribute in research & development (R&D) investment optimization and intangible asset program;
?Work closely with R&D Project Management Group to ensure planning, analysis, approval, implementation and prioritization of various R&D projects;
?Monitor and follow execution of defined third party joint development projects;
?Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above in Agriculture or a relevant discipline;
?Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development / marketing / sales in agrochemical industry, of which 3 years or above at supervisory level;
?Excellent command in spoken and written English;
?Strong project management and communication skills;
?Proficiency in using MS Excel;
?Able to be relocated to Hong Kong with occasional overseas travel.
