Justification and Qualification （岗位要求)：
1.Ph.D. with experience of 5~7 years or Master degree with experience of minimum 10 years in analysis of novel molecules /Intermediates and fine chemicals.
博士（5-7），硕士至少10年分子合成领域工作经验。
2.GLP Experience for 3-5 years or in basic research for MOA
3-5年GLP或MOA工作经验。
3.Major in organic chemistry /Analytical Chemistry with experience in Agro Industry.
有机化学，分析化学专业，有农化行业经验。
4.Working experience in Instrumental analysis such as IR/UV/NMR and Mass spectrometry.
仪器分析，IR/UV/MR经验。
5.Literature searching for new method development and interpretation capabilities for chrecterizations.
文献搜索。
6.Experience in Quality control and process control departments.
有质量和团队管理经验。

Primary Responsibilities(工作职责）:
1. To support Director for analytical and documentation functions and can accept challenges for new MOA by Instrumental and classical analysis.
协助主管做好分析工作并能接受挑战。
2.To develop new analytical methods for Chemicals ,intermediates and Agrochemicals
为农化品开发提供新的分析法。
3.Guide team of three to four supporting chemists for their daily allocation of work and review to their performance for better working synergy.
指导小组协助化学师做好分配工作。
4.To plan targets, Budget and achieve time lines for specific projects along with team & to invent new technologies for challenging molecules.
设立目标，编制预算并在限期内完成相关工作。
5.To search, compile basic literature and their transformation in MOA and standards for MS/IR /Pilot Plant/Plants and other international requirements.
搜索，汇编文献，农产品转换以及MS/IR/实验厂工作和其他要求。
