Responsibilities岗位职位：

Responsible for advancing the setting-up and perfection of the basic management of company scene;

负责推进公司现场基础管理工作的建立与完善；

Responsible for the organization and implementation of advanced production management, such as lean production, 5S, etc.

负责精益生产、5S等先进生产管理的组织和实施；

Responsible for advancing the lasting improvement in operation efficiency , such as personnel , equipment , supplies , fixed assets of every enterprise of company ,etc.;

负责推进公司各企业人员、设备、物料、固定资产等运作效率的持续改善；

Responsible for analyze and finds the outstanding on-the-spot experience of management in the company, and move forward and share ;

负责分析发现公司内优秀现场管理经验，并推进共享；

Responsible for the organization research of the advanced mode of production of the company and implement, advance the comprehensive performance of scene to improve;

负责公司先进生产方式的组织研究与实施，推进现场综合绩效改善；

Responsible for working to the diagnosis of on-the-spot management of every company, and advance and implement the project of improving;

负责对各公司现场管理的诊断工作，并推进落实改善项目；

Responsible for the lasting improvement of the lean production, solve the on-the-spot craft problem, implement the cost and economize the measure

负责精益生产的持续改进，解决现场工艺问题，落实成本节约措施

Requirements岗位要求：

Above Bachelor degree, manufacturing engineering, industrial project , quality control , business administration , industrial and commercial administration ,etc.;

本科以上学历，制造工程、工业工程、质量管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业；

Engaged in lean production for more than 5 years, with mechanical lean production working experience of manufacturing industry of processing industry;

从事精益生产工作5年以上，有机械加工业制造业精益生产工作经验；

Familiar with the operation procedure of the manufacturing industry, familiar with improving live, and familiar with knowledge of the lean production and technical ability;

熟悉制造业的运作流程，熟悉现场改善，熟悉精益生产的知识和技能；

Capable of coordinating in good communication, have stronger ability to analyze and promote to improve the project;

具备良好的沟通协调能力，具有较强的问题分析和改善项目的推进能力；

Having stronger ability to organize and management, organizational management and lean production work and well combine together;

有较强的组织能力和管理生产的能力，组织管理与精益生产工作很好的结合起来

Proficiently in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can be used in the work communication.

英文听说读写精通，可用于工作交流。
