职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Change management in the Shop floor systems for Quality
? Defining of Control documents like Control plans etc.
? Requalification of all Products according ISO/TS and customer requirements
? Measurement assurance and requalification
? Systematically analyze quality problem in production to find the root causes and action plan
? Support CQS engineer on customer claims and 8D
? Support OQA supervisor with internal claim solving
? Continuously improve product or process quality by using tools of SPC, MSA,8D,Kaizan etc.
? Other tasks assigned by superior


Job Qualifications:
? Over college degree major in engineering or technology
? Qualified internal auditor ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001, production process audit.
? Quality tools(problem solving, SPC,MSA, control plan, etc.)
? At least 3 years working experiences on quality management in Automotive industry(Tier 1)
? Ability to fast problem solving
? Ability to communicate with the other functions and outside agents etc.
? Fluently English Skill both in written and oral.
? IT skills such as Lotus Notes, MS office
