职位描述：
Key accountability 工作职责：
1. Implementation of the technical project program and all related processes.
2. Technical contacts with the customers regarding the progress in the technical project planning and discuss with customers potential improvements
3. Setup and implementation of technical policies and technical management systems in the plant (maintenance systems, project planning systems, P-pap systems, …….)
4. Overall technical training and especially for the training and performance of the people in his team
5. Co-responsible for the follow up of new technical developments in the market regarding the produced products.
6. Technical lay out of the plant and all related issues ( plant engineering, technical resources i.e. electricity, compressed air, …..)
7. Represents movement in the purchasing department in relation to the management of the supplier.
8. In the absence of colleagues observe and implement the most urgent work to ensure continuity.
9. To lead the department to achieve objectives of Company’s environment management system.

Job requirements 职位要求:
Education: Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience: 10 years practical experience in comparable positions.
                       Min 3 to 5 year’s management experience.
Specific knowledge:
- Knowledge of English language;
- Good communication skills;
- Organisation, coordination and motivation power.

- In depth knowledge of machining systems, CNC and PLC systems
- In depth product knowledge
- relational skills
