职位描述：
1 Job Summary: 工作摘要
Support the Assembly area equipment normal production. Implement and optimized TPM system in Assembly line.
支持装配线设备正常生产，执行并优化TPM系统。

2 Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责

2.1 Equipment emergency repair for Assembly line.
生产线的应急维修技术支持。
2.2 Spare parts define, purchase and safety stock maintain.
组装线备件技术规格制定，采购以及安全库存维护。
2.3 TPM system implement and optimized, make sure follow TPM plan and issues follow up. 对TPM 系统的执行和完善，确保按照计划实施和后期的跟踪。
2.4 Training for production operators, and regular evaluate. Make sure operator implement TPM items according to the TPM documents.
对生产部门员工进行设备自主维护培训，并进行定期的考核，确保员工能按照要求进行TPM项目的实施。
2.5 Complete and manage assembly line repair form, and define related action plan to reduce assembly line downtime.
完善应急维修文件管理，并制定相应措施和计划来降低组装线停机时间。
2.6 Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical machines and capable to guild technicians to solving machine faults.
熟悉组装设备的机械，电气，气压，液压原理并能够指导技术员解决设备故障。
2.7 Work together with other functions in continuous improvement activity.
与相关部门合作进行持续改善。
3 Authority: 岗位权限
3.4 Order parts, fixtures spareparts within the budget limits.
在预算内订购零部件、夹具备件
3.5 Modify/Optimized assembly machine PLC logic within ME authority.
在装配制造工程授权下修改/优化装配设备PLC程序。
4 Job Specifications岗位要求
4.4 General requirements基本素质要求
4.4.1 5 years of experience in Maintenance related area.
5年以上的维修经验。
4.4.2 Proven education in mechanical related profession
具有机械，电气及相关的教育背景
4.1.3 Good command of English (both spoken and written)
良好的英文读写能力
4.1.4 Deep understanding of assembly and gaging process.
对装配和测量工艺有深刻的理解。
4.1.5 Good problem solving capability, result oriented.
良好的解决问题和结果导向的能力
4.1.6 Creativity and flexibility, especially in start-up stage

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements. 专业技能要求
4.2.1 Understanding of the automation system
理解自动化制造工业相关知识
4.2.2 Proven project management ability. Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same time at different places
具有工程管理的能力。能够在不同地点同时完成多项任务。
4.2.3 Familiar with PLC programming, good control at CAD software. AB PLC is necessary.
熟练使用PLC进行设备调试，熟悉PLC编程，熟练使用CAD软件
4.2.4 Understand Industrial Electrical control system. i.e Profibus, Device Net system. Good control at mechanical/Motion etc.
