职位描述：
1 Job Summary:工作摘要:
 Assist machining line of new project & process improvement. Improvement project planning and execution of production processing line. Tracking machine daily running status and put forward Suggestions to improve the sex & innovation to the engineer.
协助机加工线新项目 & 工艺改进。规划及执行生产加工线的改进项目。跟踪机床。每天的运行状态并向工程师提出改善性 & 创新性的建议。

2 Duties and Responsibilities:主要职责:
2.1 Understand the machining manufacturing process, and has a first processing and debugging skills
理解机加工制造工艺流程，并具有对首件的加工和调试能力
2.2 Responsible for training the production technicians and foremen HuanXing with the machine, to help solve the problem of HuanXing
负责培训生产部技术员和领班换型与调机，协助解决换型问题
2.3 Cooperate with related departments to assist & continuous improvement plan
与相关部门协助 & 合作进行持续改善计划
2.4 Assist engineer to finish the new project development process equipment, equipment debugging
新项目开发过程中协助工程师完成设备，工装调试
2.5 The use of SPC (statistical process control) & CP (control plan) to manage and monitor the quality of the product
使用SPC(统计过程控制) & CP（控制计划）来管理并监控产品质量
2.6 Make work instruction and production related documents
制定作业指导书和生产相关文件
2.7 Other responsibilities that are deemed proper by the supervisor

在可预算内订购机床的备件，夹具，零件
3.2 Supervise & correct operator SOS

4 Job Specifications：岗位要求
4.1 General requirements基本素质要求：
4.1.1 have more than three years of machine tool operation, parts debugging experience
具有三年以上的机床操作，零件调试的相关经验
4.1.2 Have read and understand technical drawings & technical information
of English
具有阅读并理解英文技术图纸 & 技术资料的能力
4.1.3 Mechanical processing and related education background
具有机械加工及相关的教育背景
4.1.4 Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems
具有较强的分析问题、解决问题能力
4.1.5 Innovative, flexible mind
有创新，头脑灵活
4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements.专业技能要求：
4.2.1 Understand the basic knowledge of the manufacturing industry, such as MSA (measurement systems analysis), FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis), CP (control plan) and SPC (statistical process control), GD&T (measuring tool, size and error)
理解基本的制造工业相关知识，例如：MSA(测量系统分析)、FMEA(失效模式及后果分析)、CP（控制计划）、SPC（统计过程控制）、GD&T(量具，尺寸和误差)
