职位描述：
Reports To: Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
To source, qualify and manage the vendor base of PCB globally for BB group; keep competitive price continuously for this commodity.

Principle responsibilities:
1. Achieve /support company and department KPIs’ target for own commodity material and vendors.
2. In charge of the own commodity strategic development and improvement. Holding periodical review meeting for the status update, strategic target and development plan.
3. Optimize and improve vendor pool based on different customer requirements globally.
4. Keep seeking any potential cost saving opportunity among the routine tasks.
5. Study drawing or spec. and release to supplier for quotation, and negotiate price with supplier for cost effectiveness.
6. Interface with NPI for new project quotation, transfer or localization.
7. Maintain price and commercial terms into Axapta. Keep review and update the trade agreement validity of own commodity.
8. Lead vendor management activities (Scorecard, QBR, etc.) and SRM for PCB vendors.

Qualification and Experience
1 Bachelor degree major in Mechanics or Electronics or Material Engineering related.
2 At least 5 years practical experience within PCB / electronics industry.
3 Good understanding and rich knowledge on the PCB category and sourcing channel.
4 Good at both spoken and written English.
