职位描述:
This position will be responsible for the following:
-Report to the regional VP & General Manager APAC and work with the existing team, who reports to him on a daily basis.
-Greater China consist of China, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
-Build team with top commercial talent as well as top applications engineering talent.
-Enforce training and behavior to sell the JADAK way
-Develop market understanding in key application areas with targeted OEM accounts with which to develop clear plans to increase JADAK market share.
-Strengthen communications with Headquarters of JADAK to drive Project- and Program- Post Sales Management to ensure an excellent customer experience.
-Develop new sales through prospecting, lead follow-up and sales calls; gather market and competitive price data to assist in pricing analysis and strategy for assigned territory.
-Maintain accurate customer database records and provide accurate forecasts and timely reports on sales region.
-Focus to achieve the regional targets for revenue and design wins.
-Leverage Salesforce.com as the funnel management tool and establish discipline around sales funnel reviews, win/loss analysis and best practice sharing. Also drive this behavior in the team.
-Partner with Product Management and Marketing to drive strategic marketing and competitive product analysis
-Drive foundational process development and implementation around the following:
-Sales Process reporting and forecasting
-Account & Opportunity Pre-visit Planning
-KPI’s & Dashboards
-Funnel Review Cadence and Processes
-Existing programs on the local basis
-Localize messaging to our audience
-Win/Loss analysis program
-Quarterly Funnel Management System Review
-Drive reporting and participate in Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business reviews

Experience/Background:
-Demonstrated OEM design win expertise in China
-Entrepreneurial attitude with a process-based mentality
-Ability to build and retain world-class talent
-5-8 years’ experience working with a publically-traded USA-based company
-Demonstrated capability to create teamwork across time zones and cultures
-Fluent in written and verbal English
-Hands-on and detail-oriented
-A self-starter, with a proven record of demonstrated initiative
-Bachelor’s-level degree, preferable in technical field
