职位描述：
﹣ To manage and lead a group of Senior Engineers, Engineers to conduct Assembly and Test process optimization studies and determine process capabilities to meet customer requirements
﹣ Establish and review SOP to ensure the technical accuracy of process characteristics
﹣ Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects
﹣ Ensure projects achieve the cost and quality requirements to the agreed schedule
﹣ Coordinate all product development activities with suppliers, customers and internal departments
﹣ Provide support and solutions on technical issues
﹣ Facilitate continuous improvement to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
﹣ Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
﹣ Coach and perform people development for subordinates
﹣ Supervise, provide training, and guidance to Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness

Qualifications
﹣ Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
﹣ At least 10 years related working experience in semiconductor field. Familiar with Assembly or Test Process improvements
﹣ Minimum 5 year in a management position in leading an engineering team with sound experience in project planning and manufacturing improvements
﹣ Good management skill
﹣ Be familiar with electrical or mechanical
﹣ Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
﹣ Good vendor management skill
﹣ Capable to work under pressure independently at multiple project environments
