职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
  Operate SNZ Recruitment end-to-end process on the defined scope
      ? Collect and clarify hiring managers skills needs in accordance to the HC budget
      ? CV & candidate sourcing
      ? Promote employer branding on campus recruitment and job fair
      ? Interview arrangement (scheduling & recruitment material)
      ? Observe and conduct job interviews
      ? Communicate the recruitment status to the process shareholders
      ? Conduct salary negotiation and finalize the offer to the candidate
  Monitor staffing processes
      ? Edit local labor contract and intern agreement validation
      ? Conduct and monitor probation process and contract renewal
      ? In charge of termination process
      ? Disciplinary action and individual case
  Continuously improve the Recruitment function
      ? Monitor the recruitment status & recruitment KPI
      ? Update and optimize the recruitment forms and template to fit the needs
      ? Take initiatives to improve the purpose of recruitment in Safran group.

Job Requirement:

? Bachelor degree or above majoring in HR or Psychology related.
? 5 years of recruitment experience.
? Good written and fluent spoken communication skills, both in English and Chinese
? Open mind, team-work, sense of ownership, self-motivated, proactive and capability of working independently. 举报 分享
