职责Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of the Schaeffler MOVE culture and help to improveMOVE maturity level in plant
- Deliver training like Value Steam Mapping, Flow Production, SMED, Kanban system, TPM, 5S, etc. and practise as a model for the employee
- Drive the Value Steam Analysis and Value Stream Design in plant to make the action, workshop, project plan and follow up
- Support and coordinate the implementation for different kind of typical MOVE workshops, like SMED, Flow, Kanban, TPM, 5S and so on
- Develop new MOVE concept like Shop floor Management, etc
- Continuously check on the plant level existing system like TPM, SMED, 5S, etc
要求Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in lean or production area
- At least 5 years working experience in Automotive or other related manufacturing industry
- Solid knowledge of lean concept and tools, like VSM, Flow production, SMED, Kanban, TPM
- Strong communication,influence and problem solving ability
