Position： Uconnect System Engineer
Objective of Job ：Responsible for Uconnect Feature and Function Requirements development.
Job Responsibilities:
1.) Understand and comply with all appropriate FCA processes and procedures; CPCP, EEDP, etc.
2.) Propose processes as needed to ensure successful program delivery.
3.) Draft the functional specifications and KPIs for the assigned feature and get them approved
4.) Localize the global features requirement for APAC region and get aligned with global team.
5.) Lead the technic workshops and review for the responsible feature.
6.) Define the roadmap of the new features and conclude the direction based on best practice and Pros/Cons analysis.
7.) Draft specifications and reports elaborately to ensure the integrity of the system design.

Qualifications:
General Skills
1.) Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English.
2.) MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) capability.
Functional and Technical skills
1.) Understanding the vehicle E/E architecture and vehicle network (CAN/LIN...).
2.) Understanding in automotive electronic product development process in the field of SW/HW/ME.
3.) Understanding the technologies used in infotainment, connectivity and telematics.
4.) Capable of modeling and designing using UML tools, code programming and code review.
Leadership Skills
1.) Ability to work with cross-functional team (domestic and overseas) in technical discussion.
2.) Ability to lead technical workshops and review meetings.
3.) Ability to clearly communicate technical specification and regulatory requirements with suppliers.
Education and Experience
1.) BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
2.) 3+ years of working experience in Infotainment, Connectivity, and Telematics.
3.) Famous OEM and Tier one supplier work experience is a plus
4.) Hardware or Software development experience, specification drafting experience are preferred
