职位描述：
Position：Lighting Specialist
Objective of Job ： Design & Release Front Lighting system. Front Lighting system include components as below
 Driving beam& passing beam, park/turn lamps/DRL, leveling sensor, fogging lamps
Job Responsibilities:
1. Best practice and benchmark study;
2. Creating part development timing according to program master timing;
3. Defining component characteristics and creating & developing BOM & DFMEA & Functional Objectives;
4. Input engineering requirements to styling and check A-surface for engineering requirements and manufacturing feasibility;
5. Creating and release source packages, leading supplier technical review and supplier evaluation result release;
6. Design & release front lighting parts;
7. Leading and tracking CCD (design change), tooling kick-off activity and gage development;
8. Component and system level DVP&R review, tracking, audit and approval;
9. Launch support and solving the building & test issues;
10. Summarize and share lessons learned.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering or above
- Experience: 5-8 years of experiences in lighting components development, testing and product launch
- Skills & Competence:
1. Be capable of English as working language. UG NX skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Project.
2. Master the regulations and criteria requirements of exterior lighting components.
3. Master tooling and manufacturing process knowledge.
4. Master plastic part design & development and vehicle development process
5. Master the methodologies to find the root cause and get best solutions for the issues. 举报 分享
