职位描述
Position: HR Strategic Staffing Manager
Location: Changzhou, Jiangsu
Role Summary/Purpose: Provide Domestic and Overseas recruiting service to support rapid expansion and great demand in talent acquisition of the company.
Main responsibilities:
1. Directly responsible for assigned positions, (mainly responsible for Manager & above level) from receiving people requisition form (PRF) till successful recruitment and employment management of successful candidates.
2. Responsible for job postings and the update of recruitment websites.
3. Report hiring status of assigned positions to direct supervisor on a weekly base.
4. Support international staffing when needed.
5. Co-work with site HR Manager in HR and office administration related aspects.
6. HR Projects assigned by direct supervisor.
7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in English, HR or business management; Overseas Education preferred;
2. At least five years' experience in recruitment and selection in US or EU based companies;
3. Rich experience in working with professional recruiters;
4. Excellent English in speaking, listening and writing;
5. Good Computer skills including World, Excel PowerPoint and so on;
6. Team player in a dynamic, energetic and positively aggressive environment and willing to work under tight schedule.
