职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Procurement: Suppliers Interface
- Search and develop the new suppliers
- Existing suppliers management
- Interface with Suppliers to explain the technical requirements of the parts to purchase
- Participate to cost estimates and cost control, negotiate the commercial condition
- Monitor the delivery schedule
- Carry on special projects, improvements continues by the team leader
- Purchase order management
? Quality: Suppliers Audit and Quality Control
- Organize and Participate to Supplier’s Audit
- Prepare the Quality Control Chart
- In process Quality Control at Supplier’s, if needed
- Verify the QC Chart given by Suppliers
- QC of the FAI received goods
- QC of internal production
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
 Candidate Requirement
Educational Background and/or Previous Work Experience (Must Have)
- Four year BS Degree in an engineering discipline with mechanical or electro-mechanical degree preferred
- Above 3 years related technical experience in Procurement, Quality Control or similar environment for mechanical or electro-mechanical equipments
- Solid knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing operations that include procurement, design, scheduling, manufacturing, test engineering and quality systems
- Very strong, demonstrated project management skills
- Fair knowledge of import/export procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office/Windows operating system/ERP system
- Basics of costing and pricing
- Strong logic and problem solving skills
- Familiar with a CAD software
- Basic English reading and written knowledge
Special Skills and Abilities (Preferred)
- Good skill in writing and speaking English
- Understanding of electronic design and controls
- Knowledge of FAI, SOP, FMEA
- Driving license

 资格要求
学历及相关工作经验 (必要条件)
- 机械或电气专业或机电一体化本科学历
- 3年在机械及电气制造行业的采购/质量控制相关工作经验
- 在机械设计/制造行业有较强的技术背景包括采购，设计，计划，制造，测试，质量体系等等
- 较强的项目管理操作经验
- 熟练的进出口知识
- 熟练运用办公软件和数据库系统
- 成本分析的技能
- 逻辑性分析及独立解决问题的能力
- 熟练使用CAD 软件
- 英语基本的读写能力
特别的技能 （优先考虑）
- 能熟练使用英语进行交流
- 理解电子电器件的设计和运用原理
- 熟悉FAI, SOP, FMEA的流程
- 有驾照
