Good level, able to keep conversations with GM in English

Previous experience in sales department of a company dealing with distributors is preferred.

It would be highly desirable a previous experience in sales department of a company making or dealing with air compressors, especially vane ones and not screw.
有空压机特别是滑片式空压机行业的销售经验优先
Willing to travel extensively to develop new customers and dealers
愿意经常出差开发新客户和经销商
Mentally prepared to face and cope with difficult situations and demanding targets;

岗位职责：
ravel extensively for the promotion and development of Mattei brand compressors in China
能适应经常性出差为于促进玛泰压缩机在中国的市场发展
Lead the development of company’s Distribution Channel and Dealer Network. Follow-up of end customer projects
主导公司开发分销渠道和经销商渠道；及终端客户项目的跟踪；
Control and manage the sales distribution network in the interest of the company, the brand and the customers。
在公司的利益、品牌和客户方面控制和管理销售分销网络；
Prepare with GM quarterly and yearly budget of sales and plan for future development in different market applications
与总经理一起制定针对不同的市场发展的年度和季度销售预算。
Make particular quotation of price and instruction book to different client
制定特定的报价价格和说明书给不同的客户;
Control payments' lead time from customers, to avoid the company suffers from overdue payments
控制客户的交付周期,以避免公司遭受逾期支付；
Talk with clients, understand their requirements, satisfy them
与客户交谈,了解他们的需求,满足他们的需要；
Study and understand the market, the competitors and their strategies and price level
研究并理解市场、竞争对手和他们的策略和价格水平；
Assist the company in developing the sales department and in teaching and supervising newly hired sales employees
协助公司扩展销售部门并培训和管理新雇佣的销售员工；
Help to arrange and take part in exhibitions and promotion tours
