职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1.Drive the Lean Six Sigma deployment process in the Region
2.Coaching & mentoring of Green and Black Belts
3.Identification of potential project opportunities and assignment to Green and Black Belts

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
2.Black Belt Certification with a proven record of at least 4 projects in Manufacturing
3.At least 2 years of experience in the role with a focus on Coaching and Training activities
4.Strong expertise on Lean processes, good knowledge of Six Sigma methodology
5.Preferred background in B2B manufacturing companies
