Job requirements
1. Minimum Diploma with 1 year of order fulfillment or customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing industry is required.
2. Basic computer skill is mandatory and knowledge of salesforce or Glovia is an advantage.
3. Ability to follow instructions and to communicate effectively, verbally and written in Mandarin and English
4. Ability to keep composure under a variety of distributors and customers related situations
5. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill is a must
6. Must be a team player
7. Ability to perform day-to-day duty with strong attention to detail and timeliness
8. Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectation.
9. Ability to monitor work to ensure quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness

10. Welcome fresh graduated student

Work responsibility
1. Perform full order fulfillment function
2. Raise purchase order
3. Review RFQ
4. Coordinate customer, planner, and production and expedite delivery arrangement
5. Ensure on time delivery
6. Handle customer enquiries, complains with appropriate level of customer satisfaction
7. Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales/FAE, operation, and factory
8. Track business activities, generate report and perform administrative duties as stipulated by CSR manager
9. Work internally with sales/FAE to support sales activities
10. Manage confidentiality and house keep contracts with customers, agents and distributors diligently
11. Support CSR Manager or Sales Manager or VP in corporate presentation, reports and promotion activities when needed
12. Willing to work extra hours if required
13. Other works assigned by manager
