Essential Job Duties:
Support on all kinds of Lean activities: Annual plant meeting and plant projects follow up, Changeover reduction, Lean line setup and optimization, shop floor reorganization, Tooling management improvement, 5S & AM implementation, Management Gemba Walk follow up, Lean propaganda, etc.
Skill/Knowledge:
Familiar with Lean production concept or Industrial Engineering; Good skill on Auto CAD software and Micro office, Be aware with project management, continuous improvement mindset, Willing to Change and be challenged, Out of box thinking.
