职位描述
Hiring Department: OEM Business Manager
Position: Commercial SOP Dept
Report to: Sales Director
Location: Changzhou, China
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for OEM & Tolling business model from RFQ to delivery
2. Responsible for OEM & Tolling project setting up , process control , order fulfilment and business model design and project development of tolling business from customer side
3. Form FCT team and leading cross FCT team for main activity driven to ensure the customer expectation be satisfied
4. Responsible for P&L of OEM & Tolling
5. Key Roles to coordinate represent of Sales Management department between Customer &FS& internal Dept for OEM &Tolling business.
6. From prototype , pilot and mass production of whole lifecycle of OEM project till Phase out ( EOL )
7. Responsible for OEM and Tolling business Forecast , demands Plan , shipping plan
8. Responsible for Customer Visit presentation and Tours & arrangement at HQ and coordination with regional and sub-region
9. Responsible for global account HQ side following up.
10. lead OEM & Tolling business team develop new business model business ,
11. Others related to Sales Operation activity which assigned as Company & department goal.
Requirements:
1. 5 + years of OEM & Tolling within a PV and/or related high technology business environment with an emphasis on semiconductor /or OEM manufacture
2. Minimum 3 years program or project management working experience , preferably with PV experiences;
3. Candidates will be highly motivated and have extensive experience in successfully OEM and Tolling solution in their area;
4. Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with PV industry;
5. Candidates must have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills as well as the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
6. Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related discipline preferred;
7. Travel required.
