职位描述：
Manages daily activities of production function to make sure that production runs smoothly under the safety and quality condition. Coordinates communications among all areas of the production process.
Works with material department, metallurgy, quality, IT controller, IE and maintenance department to maintain schedules and affect
changes and revisions.
Ensures maximum use of capacity and requirements. Analyzes the quality and quantity of production
and institutes corrective actions to eliminate deficiencies.
Monitors priorities, backlogs, breakdowns, and other aspects affecting planned scheduling. Participates
in finding solutions for repetitive product complaints.
Drives the implementation and usage of systems of production tracking and quality control.
Communicates expectations and provides direction and training for supervisor and team leader.

Competencies
Advanced knowledge on manufacturing processes, minimum 8 years’ experience on auto manufacturing or similar
Be familiar with TS16949/IS0140001/ISO50001 management system.
Advanced mechanical system (tooling, fixture, part locating, robot materials handling)
Advanced Gaging systems (hand gages, bench gages, fixture gages, CMM reports, in line auto gages)
Advanced understanding of control plans and process sheet; advanced understanding of lean concepts and tools
Advanced conflict management skill
Advanced problem solving techniques

Responsibilities
Lead supervisors to puts safety first by promoting and modeling AAM's safety culture
? Support Manufacturing Manager to ensures process standards are followed and customer requirements are met.
? Organize daily meeting to communicates production goals, decisions, problems, and tasks to direct reports and others in an appropriate and timely manner.
? Communicates and resolves deviations.
? Continuously monitors key indicators of the production plan to ensure production goals are accomplished.
? Acquires/provides resources (materials, tools, safety equipment, training, etc.) for direct reports and others to
ensure goal completion.
? Lead team to forecasts challenges with machines, people, and production using detailed knowledge of AAM's products and processes; determines root cause of problems; and implements action plans in order to address challenges.
? Evaluates how changes in a process might affect or improve the quality of finished products or impact the production rate.
? Conducts LPA for continuous improvement.
? Makes informed decisions under pressure or under ambiguous circumstances.
? Fosters an atmosphere of teamwork, trust, and open communication.
? Sets developmental goals for direct reports and self.
? Leads/motivates others through use of rewards and recognition.
