职位描述：
General Summary
This position is responsible for maintenance of all molding related equipments.

Essential Responsibility
1. Evaluate the causes of defects and work toward its elimination
2. Daily hands-on maintenance and follow-up a good preventive maintenance program
3. Spare parts and tools consumption control, improve the parts utilization
4. Schedule and implement the calibration for all equipments
5. Training schedule prepare and responsible for all relative equipment training
6. Comply with company 5s and safety requirement
7. Full support for new products and new process optimization
8. Responsible for team supervision and performance review
9. Responsible for improvement, and assist maintenance manager for any improvement project

Qualification Required:

1. College degree, major in automation or mechanics
2. Over 5 years in molding equipments maintenance
3. Must have excellent hand-on machinery skills
4. Familiar with molding equipments such as Husky, Toshiba, and related robot.
5. Good command of PLC program, hydraulic and pneumatic
6. English reading skill is preferred.
7. Positive attitude in work instruction, and a good team player, and work with less supervision.
