职位描述：
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering.
2.Around 3 years of experience in automotive company.
3.With an adequate experience in the Injection molding process for technical parts.
4.Have welding and filtration production experience is plus.
5.Good written and verbal communication skills with English and being able to work in an international working context.
6.Technically / conceptually sound in his domain.
7.Use to work with Microsoft and used to make reporting.

Responsibilities：
Production
1.Direct shift leader to arrange the people and shift running to meet production schedule based on workload calculation.
2.Monitor the daily output, OEE, quality, efficiency for each line and each injection machine, analyze with shift leader for the low level reason and take corrective actions accordingly.
3.Regular to check the workshop situation for 5S and safety.
4.Participate in the new project launch and LVI validation. Prototype building arrangement from production dept.
5.Ensure the quality control in a good situation and all production activities in accordance with TS quality system standard.
6.Participate in the customer audit and feedback the inconformity list corrective actions which need to done by production dept.
7.Implement the related QSB, QRQC, PDCA etc. method and visual management in workshop.
8.Work with logistics dept. to implement the internal flow system to ensure running well in workshop and take care raw material of plastics centralization system running well.
9.Ensure the SAP system operation in production department no gap.
10.Ensure proper maintenance of the machines, tooling, equipment and machine breakdown time reduction in coordination with maintenance department.
11.Participate in the plant Kaizen activity exercise and raise up good proposal.
12.Ensure people training and development meet production requirement in terms of quality, productivity and cost.
13.Other task appointed by superior.

1.Maintain a clean and safe plant and work environment.
2.Develop a productive and harmonious work culture in the cell of production
3.Will attend technical review with the internal team (Process, engineering, Quality, project manager etc.).
4.Should be able to analyze any molding, welding and others issue and take the appropriate action and countermeasure with functional team support.
5.Good quality conscious and leading the improvement plan with rigor.
