职位描述：
Requirement:
o Bachelor degree, preferably in business management or HR
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in related job functions
o Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
o Familiar with Microsoft Office
Responsibility:
o Identify training needs according to annual business strategies vs. actual gap, and establish feasible training strategies and plans.
o Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect to employee training & development.
o Responsible to setup and implement training programs optimize the resources both internal and externally.
o Ensure good satisfaction levels are achieved for the training services.
o Responsible to hold all the training record and ensure to be keyed in the HR System.
o Responsible to the external audit and the internal audit.
o Implementing and facilitating the evaluation of training effectiveness including training course evaluation.
o Act as an internal trainer for assigned courses.
o Promote the learning culture in the organization via various channels.
o Conduct employee development program, career development training and annual action plans.

    莹特丽化妆品（苏州）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2003年在苏州工业园区出口加工区注册的一家外销型企业，主要为国际客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。 2004年初开始正式生产，2006年年初，莹特丽集团在苏州工业园区出口加工区B区购买了面积为6.5万平方米的厂房地块，在2008年4月，莹特丽化妆品（苏州）有限公司搬至B区新厂房。经过多年的发展，2016年的成品总产能已达4.2亿件。
    莹特丽科技（苏州工业园区）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2005年在苏州工业园区注册的一家以内销为主的化妆品研发生产公司，占地1.5万平方米，2006年底建成，2007年2月开始试生产，主要为国内客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。由于业务发展需要，在2013年6月又在园区筹建了莹特丽科技的新厂区，并在2015年3月开始试生产，截至2016年，成品总产能已达1.78亿件。
