职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
*Assist to define project budget plan, arrange team resources to support R&D development project.
*To organize design review with relevant person, to review the drawings and to provide technical solutions.
*Be responsible for clustering technical documents.
*Be responsible for clustering feedback from other departments and modifying the product defects.
*Follow Design for manufacture (DFM) best practice and ensure that designs can be economically manufactured. Ensure that designs are compatible with established engineering standards and other legislation.
*Establish and maintain high effective communication with internal and external customers and lead the collaboration among different functional groups.
*Liaise with external suppliers, purchasing, QA and production departments to ensure successful implementation of new designs.
*Improvement of R&D process and Creation of WI.
*Complete upper manager assigned other tasks.

Qualification:
*Education
(1)Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering.
工作经历 Woke Experience.
(2)5+ years product design and R&D experience in his/her professional areas with certain knowledge or Experience of project management.
*Language
Excellent written and spoken English， be able to make technology communication with foreigners.
*Training (Quality, Skill, Safety)
(1)Project management skills.
(2)Other relevant training.
*Skill
(1)Familiar with R&D process and with strong product design ability.
(2)Good communication and presentation skills.
(3)Be good at product design by CATIA or other 3D CAD software.
*Attitude
(1)Self motivated and dedicated worker and also a team player and builder.
