??Manage parts order fulfillment and logistics management activities for China customers through the following:???
??-Act as Customer Service to place order for customer and answer customer's inquiry and compliants.
-Act as Coodinator to deliver the information or feedback between Planner, repair team and customer.
-Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to shipments arrangement.
-Managing deliveries in the most optimum and trade compliant manner
-Act as key interface for both internal and external customer providing logistics support
-Manage the operation of 3rd party warehouse and transporter to ensure customer's commitment is fulfilled
-Ensure all transactions are accurately followed in the system in a timely manner, fulfilling system and process integrity
-Responsible for tracking shipments/orders ensuring they met defined KPIs, if not to reflect accurate root causes.
-May be responsible for third party logistics service provider operational management
-Be aware of Company's Policy
-Ensure that all exceptions are reported to Manager promptly
-Any other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
- Preferably with 2 or more years of order or logistics management experience
- Proficient in MS Office in particular in MS Excel and Word, Powerpoint. Experience in visio will be plus
