职位描述：
Job title: Quality Manager
Position Summary：

Responsible for product and process quality management. Improve customer quality and quick response to customer complains, develop quality system& control.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage to establish and perform quality system;
2. Manage QA department& team member to achieve company & customer goal;
3. Enhance process quality monitoring, corrective actions and continuous improvement;
4. Communicate with customer to dispose the customer complain;
5. Make sure our products get the necessary agency in time when necessary.
6. Continue to improve products’ quality and improve customers’ satisfaction;
7. Make sure manage to every products have been fully inspected before delivery;
8. Make sure manage to the global quality tools being performed;
9. Training the underlings for quality control;
10. Enhance the effectiveness of process audit and corrective actions;
11. Develop Quality engineer.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 5 years professional experience
3. Familiar with TS16949, 6σ, 5s, good computer operation skill
4. Familiar with all kind of quality tools, quality system
5. Strong leadership skill
6. Good team player
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
