职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Enter, process and follow up on orders received from CSRs
? Review open order reports and incoming communications (email, FAXs, phone calls, etc) to identify potential problems & issues (top priority focus is on past due & current shipments)
? Investigate, follow up and resolve pre-shipment issues with order information, supply, credit, etc
? Correct or revise order information in SAP, as appropriate and necessary, prior to shipment
? Communicate effectively as needed with foreign CSRs & CS/OF leaders, plants & warehouses, supply chain planners & schedulers, credit managers, freight forwarders, corporate resources, business management, sales team, customers, etc.
? Reschedule existing orders/shipments as needed based on input from customers, ship points, etc
? Investigate, follow up and resolve issues with order information, credit, freight forwarders etc during the shipment process
? Investigate, follow up and resolve issues with documentation, pricing, transportation & carriers, etc after delivery
? Enter, process and follow up on return orders and related customer complaints (including entering of customer complaints in the Quality (CQSI) system, as appropriate and needed)
? Correct invoices in SAP as appropriate and necessary after shipment
? Investigate, follow up and resolve post-invoice issues with overdue payments, payment discrepancies, product quality etc
? Other responsibilities include continuous improvement efforts, GB projects, maintenance of desk procedures, etc

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree with major in business, trading, English or related supply chain subjects
? The ideal candidate will be an experienced, mature customer service professional at least 3 years working experience in a multi-national manufacturing company
? Good knowledge in material handling, international trade, logistics and customs clearance.
? Prior knowledge and good experience with STC processes in SAP R/3.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Outlook and the Internet;
? Understand the supply chain processes as a plus;
? Self-starter with strong initiative. Strong teamwork skills.
? Good time management, organization and coordination skills; Can manage several projects/issues simultaneously; Meets deadlines with zero defects.
? Good verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin and English, Cantonese
