1 Job Summary:工作概况
Quality planning at new project developing, Customer feedback handling and quality lab management
质量计划在新项目开发、客户反馈处理和实验室管理质量
     
2 Duties and Responsibilities:主要职责
2.1 Verify compliance to customer requirements. Lead customer PPAP as per program timing
       验证符合客户的需求。引导客户PPAP按照计划时间
2.2 Customer feedback handling, problem solving, archive documents and lessons learned
      客户反馈处理、解决问题、归档文件和经验教训
2.3 Advanced Quality planning in a Product Development Team
   先进的质量计划在一个产品开发团队
Set & communicate quality requirements to the PDT. Maintain quality scorecard.
设置PDT &质量要求沟通。保持质量计分卡
       Ensure quality tasks are in project timing.
      确保质量任务在项目时机
       Prepare measurement fixtures and gauge based on project.
 测量装置和测量基于项目做好准备。
2.4 Ensure Excellent Prototypes Quality
       确保良好的原型的质量
 Check every prototype before delivery. Create customer prototype documentation
 交付之前检查每个原型交付。创建客户原型文档
2.5 Detect risks
       发现风险
       Process Capabilities, PPV, Process audit - R@R
    过程能力、PPV手术过程审核——R@R
2.6 Problem solving, lessons learn database maintain
        解决问题的能力,课程学习数据库维护
2.7 Quality lab:质量实验室
        setup quality lab capacity and maintain
    设置质量实验室能力和维护
        Test equipment MSA, calibration and lab management
        测试设备MSA、校准和实验室管理
2.8 Customer warranty returns status reporting;
    客户保修返回状态报告;
2.9 Involving in TS system setup and maintain
    在TS涉及系统设置和维护
3.0 Other assignment from Dept manager
        部门经理安排的其他任务



3 Authority:岗位权限
3.1 To communicate with customer for quality related issue and protect customer;
       与客户沟通质量相关问题和保护客户;
3.2 Release project samples to customer
      发布项目样品给客户
3.3 Release inspection report to customer.
      发布检验报告客户。
3.4 To keep employee appraisal.
    保持员工的评估。

4 Job Specifications岗位要求
4.1 General requirements:基本素质要求
4.1.1 Bachelor degree with engineering major
        工程专业学士学位
4.1.2 Fluently English in reading, speaking and writing.
         流利的英语阅读,口语和写作
4.1.3 Familiar with office software and CAD
     熟悉办公软件和CAD
4.1.4 Min 3 years similar working experience, automotive field is preferred
        3年以上相关工作经验,汽车行业优先

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements:专业技能要求
1. Familar with Japanese OEM requirements, such as Honda
2. Familar with Automatic 4 tools: PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA;
3. Familar with process audit and handle process audit based on control plan;
4. Preferred to VDA 6.3 certificate;
5. Familar with IATF16949 rules to maintain and improve company system activity
6. Preferred with experience in China Production License(Cooling equipment) application.
